Located in Hood River, OR, the Wilderton plans to open the first non-alcoholic (NA) distillery in the U.S., capitalizing on the steady NA beer and spirits movement increasing in popularity, particularly among younger Americans. The tasting room will feature free guided tastings, and cocktails for purchase. Wilderton transforms raw botanicals into complex NA expressions, to create a wide range of flavors. While it is unclear if Wilderton will expand their NA business into whiskey (or an NA version of whiskey), their botanical blends have hit a sweet spot among the growing NA market in America.
